摘  要:目的 :临床评价铸造金合金基底烤瓷冠的边缘适合性。方法 :分别制作铸造金合金基底、铸造TILITE合金基底烤瓷冠 ,观察二者粘固完成时、粘固 1个月后及戴入 3年后烤瓷冠的边缘适合性、颈缘染色、菌斑指数、探诊出血等情况。结果 :铸造金合金基底烤瓷冠的边缘适合性、菌斑指数、探诊出血方面均略比铸造TILITE合金基底好 ,但两者之间无差异显著性 (P >0 .0 1) ;在颈缘染色方面 ,铸造金合金基底烤瓷冠明显比铸造TILITE合金基底烤瓷冠好 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :铸造金合金基底烤瓷冠在龈缘修复方面表现良好 。Objective: To evaluate the marginal adaptation of gold alloy porcelain crowns in clinic. Methods: Two groups of 25 crowns were fabricated with gold alloy and TILITE alloy respectively. The marginal adaptation of the crowns was examined shortly after cementation and after 3 years. The marginal coloring,plaque index and bleeding on probing were also evaluated. Results: The differences between the two types of crowns regarding marginal adaptation, plaque index and bleeding on probing were small (P>0.05). And regarding marginal coloring, gold alloy was much better than TILITE alloy (P<0.01). Conclusions: The gold alloy porcelain crowns seems to be preferable, at least in marginal prosthesis.
