摘　　要：目的 研究CLN3基因在卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌中的表达水平变化。方法 采用半定量RT-PCR方法和Western Blot方法检测卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌组织中CLN3基因表达水平变化。结果 发现CLN3在所有的卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌组织中 有不同程度的表达水平升高现象。结论CLN3基因表达水平升高可能与卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌的发生有关。Objective To determine whether overexpression of CLN3 was involved in the tumorigenesis of ovarian and endometrial ca-cinoma. Methods 10 specimens of ovarian and 8 specimens of endometrial carcinoma were screened for CLN3 gene expression level by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western Blot method. Results Overexpression of CLN3 rnRNA and protein was found in all ovarian and endometrial tumor tissues as compared with normal tissues. Conclusions The overexpression of CLN3 may contribute to tumor development of ovarian and endometrial cancer.
