摘　　要：运用文献资料法、灰色关联分析法及EXCEL软件,对参加第7届世界田径锦标赛女子400m跑决赛运动员的全程进行了分析,找出了训练的重点并提出了训练建议.By using the method of documents and grey connection and EXCEL,the author analyzes the whole process of finalist who participates in woman 400m run in the 7th world athletic championship,finding out their emphasis and putting forward some suggestion for training.
