摘　　要：图书馆员网站的建设,对我国图书馆事业发展有很大的促进作用,本文探讨了图书馆员网站建设的必要性,以及国内外图书馆员网站的发展现状,并提出了四项建议。Founding LWS (Librarian Web Site) could greatly promote the development of domestic libraries.In this paper,the necessity of establishing LWS and the current development status of librarians at home and abroad are raised for discussion,and four suggestions are proposed.
