裙带菜纤维对高脂血症大鼠降血脂作用的研究

摘　　要：为治疗高脂血症 (HLP)另辟蹊径 ,探讨裙带菜纤维降血脂作用。采用高胆固醇饲料饲养大鼠 ,造成HLP模型。选择健康雄性Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为对照组及低、中、高 3个裙带菜纤维剂量组。用酶法检测大鼠血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (HDL -C)、低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (LDL -C)。结果大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL -C显著降低 (与高脂对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5或 0 0 1)。另外还具有升高HDL -C。表明裙带菜纤维对HLP有治疗和预防作用 ,即裙带菜纤维具有较强的降血脂作用。Aim The article deals with the reduction of Undaria pinnatifida fiber on Wistar rat serum lipids,in order to find a new way to cure HLP.Methods The animals which was used high fat food to creat HLP rats are divided into 5 groups including two control group and 3 experimental groups.Serum TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were tested in the 28th day.Results Results indicated that the Undaria pinnatifida fiber of 3 doses could reduced the rat serum TC level significantly.The Undaria pinnatifida fiber can also reduce the serum TG and LDL-C level and increase the HDL-C level to a certain degree.Conclusion These findings suggest that Undaria pinnatifida fiber has good curation and precaution for HLP ,and it has a strong effect to reduce the serum lipids.
