摘　　要：创新就是建立一种新的生产函数,即实现生产要素和生产条件的一种从来没有过的新组合。创新是企业谋求生存的基础,实现持续发展的源泉,是企业获取竞争优势的决定因素。创新贵在实践,解放思想是关键。企业的创新是全方位的,其中技术创新是核心。Innovation is the establishment of a kind of new productive function, that is to realize a new combination of productive elements and productive condition. Innovation is the basis for the existence of an enterprise, the source of sustained development and the decisive element for an enterprise to gain advantage in competition. The essence of innovation lies in practice, while the key is to emancipate the mind. The innovation of an enterprise is comprehensive, with technological innovation as its core.
