摘  要:应用常规染色体畸变分析技术 ,利用本实验室建立的离体照射人外周血染色体畸变的剂量效应曲线 ,对某大学钴源丢失事故中主要受照人员进行了染色体畸变分析和生物剂量估算。根据“双着丝点 +着丝粒环”频率估算的受照人员生物剂量范围为 0 .1 4~ 1 .0 9Gy。本次事故中 。Analysis of chromosome aberration(CA)for the main victims accidentally exposed to 60 Co γ ray at an university was conducted by means of routine CA analysis.Their biological doses were assessed by applying the dose response curve for human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro established at our laboratory. Based on the frequency of “dicentric + ring”,the whole body doses to four victims were estimated, ranging from 0.14 to 1.09 Gy. The apparent genetic damages were observed in bodies of the main victims in this accident.
