摘　　要：在对国内外风险管理实践与理论研究趋势的综述分析的基础上 ,指出基于项目的企业集成风险管理是企业风险管理研究的新趋势 ,提出了基于项目的集成风险管理六要素 ,并建立了一种具有战略集成性、组织集成性、方法集成性、信息集成性、文化集成性和过程集成性的新型企业集成风险管理模式 ,反映了企业风险管理的现实需求 。Based on the analysis of worldwide risk management practices and theoretical study trends, it’s concluded that the project-based enterprise integrated risk management (EIRM) is the new trend of enterprise risk management. The six factors of project-based EIRM are pointed out, and also the model of EIRM is proposed with features of integration in strategy, organization, method, information, culture and process. This model not only reflects requirements of enterprises risk management, but also extends theories of risk management and project management.
