摘 要:制备了Fe3 O4掺杂纳米TiO2 光催化剂 ,当Fe3 O4量与TiO2 摩尔比为 0 .5 :10 0时 ,在 30 0℃焙烧 ,催化剂用量为 1.0g·L-1时对甲基橙的水溶液分解效果最佳。SEM、XRD及紫外 -可见光谱分析表明 ,纳米粒子均匀 ,平均粒径 80nm ,有一定团聚 ,掺杂催化剂有一定红移。研究了掺Fe3 O4量 ,焙烧温度 ,溶液的pH值 ,溶液的体积 ,氧化剂的加入等对催化剂降解的影响。紫外光辐射实验表明Fe3 O4的掺入对光催化降解率有一定的提高 ,反复使用不降低催化剂的活性。The photocatalyts of Fe 3O 4 doping nanometer TiO 2 were prepared. When n Fe 3O 4 : n T i is 0.5:100, at 300℃ calcinations and the dosage of catalyst was 1.0g·L -1 , the solution of methyl orange were decomposed by most effect. XRD, SEM and UV-Vis spectrum were used to investigated the characteristic, the experimental results indicate that particles average size of TiO 2 is 80 nm and uniformity, the einstein shift was taken placed on absorption spectrum after doping Fe 3O 4. The effect of degradution rate on the quantity doped Fe 3O 4, the temperature of calcinations, the pH of solution, the volume of solution and acceded to oxidant was investigated. The photocatalytic activities was markedly enhanced using the radiation of UV-light after doping Fe 3O 4. The photocatalytic activities were not reduced in repeating use.
