优生优育的伦理思考

摘　　要：优生优育是现代人的生育选择和生育责任,也是社会对生育者提出的伦理要求。优生手段选择中的伦理问题主要包括婚配选择和育龄选择中的价值冲突及其道德调整,禁止有害基因携带者生育中的价值冲突及其道德调整,进行选择性人工流产中的价值冲突及其道德调整等问题。优育方式选择中的伦理问题主要包括积极创造优养优教的条件,努力实现抚养和教育方式的科学化,用科学的、文明的和民主的方法,塑造现代化的新人。The eugenics and excellent education is modern people's fertility-choice and fertility duty.It is also the society's ethical requirement to those who will bear children. The ethical problems of eugenic choice consist of the value's conflict and moral adjustment in marriage choice and choice of the bearing age, the value's conflict and moral adjustment in prohibiting the pernicious gene taker from bearing children, the value's conflict and moral adjustment in the induced abortion, etc. The ethical problems of excellent education choice consist of creating the favorable conditions for excellent rearing and education of children, realizing the scientific way for rearing and education of children, using the method of science ,civilization and democracy to train new people of modernization.
