摘  要:目的:应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)探讨脑转移瘤患者手运动区(motorhandrepresentationarea熏HRA)的结构和功能变化特征。方法:11例毗邻HRA的脑转移瘤患者行fMRI检查,分析活动区的结构变化,测量病灶同侧活动指数(IAI)及信号强度上升百分率(SIRP)。结果:所有病例均有中央沟变形、伸长和移位,HRA呈分散或局限变形。10例IAI<1,病灶侧SIRP较健侧低;1例右利手IAI>1,SIRP较健侧高。结论:fMRI可对脑转移瘤的HRA进行定位、定量研究,为临床提供一种无侵袭的评估手段。Objective: To evaluate the structural and functional features of motor hand representation area(HRA) in brain metastases by functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI). Materials and Methods: fMRI were obtained from 11 patients who suffered from brain metastases adjacent to the HRA, to analyze the location and distribution of the HRA, measure lesion ipsilateral activation index(IAI) and signal intensity raise percent(SIRP). Results: The central sulci in all patients were distorted, stretched and displaced. The HRA partly or diffusely distorted. The IAI of 10 cases was less than 1, their SIRP was less than the contralateral side; whereas the IAI in 1 case who was right-handed was more than 1 and his SIRP was more than the contralateral side. Conclusion: fMRI may localize and quantitate HRA in brain metastases, provide a noninvasive method for clinic.
