摘　　要：编制了汉语失语检查法(Aphasia Battery in chinese,ABC)。检查了语言正常且无器质性脑病史者245名。检查结果:在不同性别、年龄和利手组间,以及高小以上文化水平组间,检查法各亚项未发现显著差异。包括文盲的不同文化组间,在口语表达和听理解各亚项上亦未发现显著差异。检查了139例首发卒中后失语,且 CT 证明为单病灶。描述各型失语的临床特点。结果表明:本检查法适于国内成人检查失语时应用。Using the self—designed Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC),the authors examined245 normal subjects without a history of organic brain disease and 139 patients with aphasia followingthe onset of stroke and with single lesion demonstrated by.CT.In normal group,sex,age,handedness,and education level were found no significant influence on testing results.There were also no signifi-cant difference in the subtests of oral expression and listening comprehension among groups by educa-tion level.The characteristics of each type of aphasia were described.The results suggested that ABCis a suitable tool of aphasia examination for Chinese abult.
