摘　　要：本研究使用判别分析的方法检验了 MMPI 在临床区分正常人、神经症与精神病的能力,并建立了可以应用于临床的 MMPI 判别函数模型。经交叉检度检验,MMPI 判别诊断与临床实际诊断的总符合率为 84.48%,Kappa 值为0.77,经显著性检验 P<0.001,说明 MMPI 在国内使用诊断效度是好的,可以做为精神科临床辅助诊断的工具。A discriminate analysis was used to test the validity of MMPI in clinical diagnosisfor neurotic,psychotic and normal person.The authors developed a discriminate function based on asample of 1422 subjects.In a cross—validity test,the overall consistency between MMPI and clinicaldiagnosis was 84.48%(Kappa=0.77,p<0.001),suggesting that MMPI may be a supplementarytool in psychiatric diagnosis for Chinese patients.
