浅谈市场经济体制下高校仪器设备的购置管理

摘　　要：论述当前市场经济体制下高校仪器设备购置的特点及存在的问题,阐述如何加强高校仪器设备的购置管理,规范采购行为,提高经费的使用效益。The paper reviews the present situation in the instrument and equipment purchase ininstitutions of higher learning, its characteristics and problems. Some ideas are suggested to enhancepurchase management, standardize purchase behvior and improve the effect of the use of the outlay.
