摘 要:目的 探讨C -myc和p73蛋白在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 NSCLC4 0例 ,用免疫组化二步法检测组织标本中C -myc和p73蛋白的表达 ,并进行相关分析。结果 C -myc和p73蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达分别与在肺癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;在肺癌组织中的表达分别与在肺支气管粘膜上皮不典型增生的表达比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;C -myc蛋白在肺癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达与肺支气管粘膜上皮不典型增生中的表达差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,p73蛋白在上述两组的表达比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。C -myc和p73蛋白在肺鳞癌与腺癌的同类癌蛋白阳性表达之间比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。C -myc和p73蛋白在肺癌中高、中、低分化阳性表达 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中蛋白阳性表达与无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织蛋白阳性表达比较 :C -myc阳性表达的差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;p73蛋白阳性表达的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。癌蛋白表达间的相关性 :C -myc与p73两者具有相关性 (rn=0 .6 5 37,P <0 0 1)。结论 C-myc和p73表达上调均可能是NSCLC发生的重要因素 ;在肺癌发生、发展中C -myc和p73具有协同作用 。Objective To study the expression of protein C-myc and p73 in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) and its clinical implication.Methods In 40 cases of NSCLC,two steps immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of C-myc and p73 proteins in tissue samples.Results The positive expression rates of C-myc and p73 protein of lung cancer tissues compared with the positive expression rates of the lymph node metastasis of lung cancer,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The positive expression rates of C-myc and p73 proteins of lung cancer tissues compared with the expression of the normal bronchial epithedium,there were significant differences (P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the expression of C-myc protein between the lymph node metastasis of lung cancer and the normal bronchial epithedium,but the expression of p73 protein had significant difference between the two comparative tissues (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of C-myc and p73 proteins of squamous cell carcinoma compared with the positive expression rates of its adenocarcinoma,no significant difference in two comparative tissues of the same protein (P>0.05).The positive expression rates of C-myc and p73 proteins of high differentiation degree,medium differentiation degree and low differentiation degree in lung cancer tissues and no significant difference in the three tissues (P>0.05).The comparative difference between with transferred of lymph node and without transferred lymph node in expressing of C-myc proteins in lung cancer were not significant (P>0.05).p73 was correlated with transfer of lymph node in lung cancer.With transferred lymph node and without transferred lymph node,the comparative difference between the two was significant (P<0.05).In lung cancer,C-myc was correlated with p73 positively(r=0.6537,P<0.01).Conclusion The increased expression of C-myc and p73 proteins maybe the abnormity of cancer gene in NSCLC.C-myc was correlated with p73 positively.It may draw a conclusion that the two gene can induce c
