摘　　要：目的　了解欲婚人员的传染病、遗传病的患病情况 ,促进优生优育。　方法　对 8462名欲婚人员进行HB sAg、GPT、梅毒初筛、淋球菌涂片、G6PD、HB电泳等项目的检测 ,并对其结果进行分析比较。　 结果　 8462名欲婚人员中共检出指定传染病和遗传病 190 3名 ,占受检人数的 2 2 .49% ,其中男性 10 2 1人 ,女性 882人。　结论　应加强宣传 ,使婚前检查变成自觉行为。Objective To investigate the status of infectious disease and hereditary diseases in the premarital persons and promote aristogenesis and stirpiculture. Methods To check and analyse HBsAg,ALT,TRUST, Gonococcus smear,G6PD,HB electropphoresis of the premarital person. Result 1 903 infectious diseases and hereditary diseases are detected out in 8 462 premarital persons, with an incidence of 22.49%(1 903/8 462), 1 021 males and 882 females.Conclusion We must enhance the publicity and turn the premarital health check into a conscious behavior.
