摘  要:目的 :探讨缺血性中风与红细胞免疫黏附 (RCIA)功能和血液流变学的关系。方法 :检测 14 8例缺血性中风患者 (包括脑梗死、脑血栓、脑栓塞、短暂性脑缺血发作 )的 RCIA功能和血液流变学指标 ,并与健康人比较。结果 :与健康人比较 ,缺血性中风患者红细胞受体花环率 (RBC C3b RR)明显降低 ,红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC ICR)明显升高 ;血液流变学呈高凝血症和 (或 )红细胞聚集症。相关分析显示 ,脑梗死、脑栓塞的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆比黏度和脑血栓的全血高切黏度与 RBC ICR呈正相关。结论 :不同类型缺血性中风患者均存在 RCIA功能紊乱和血液流变学异常 ,且是缺血性中风病理的重要因素。Objective: To study the relation of red cell immune adherence(RCIA) function, hemorrheology and ischemic apoplexy. Methods: RCIA function and hemorrheology of 148 patients with ischemic apoplexy (including cerebral infarction, cerebral thrombus, cerebral thrombosis, transient cerebral ischemia attack) were measured and compared to those of the healthy persons. Results: Compared to the health controls, the levels of red blood cell C3b receptor rosette(RBC-C3bRR) decreased and red blood cell immune complex rosette(RBC-ICR) increased more significantly, hemorrheology test indicated hypercoagulable syndrome and/or erythrocyte aggregation in patients with ischemic apoplexy. Whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of brain infarction and cerebral embolism, whole high shear blood rate of cerebral thrombus showed positive relation to the RBC-ICR. Conclusion: Patients with different types of ischemic apoplexy exists confusion of RICA function and abnormal of hemorrheology. It is important content of ischemic apoplexy.
