摘　　要：根据已知心肌细胞的动作电位,在细胞外电位与膜电位关系方程的基础上,采用差分法求解关系方程,模拟正常情况下和缺血情况下的心电图,并对仿真的心电图参数进行分析,研究心肌缺血对心电图的影响.According to the known act potential of the myocardial cells, the equations of membrane potential and cellular outer potential were solved by using differential method. Some parameters of electrocardiogram(ECG) which was simulated in the normal and exsanguine states were analyzed, and the effect of myocardial exsanguination on ECG was discussed.
