猫黑质神经元对强电脉冲刺激内脏大神经的反应

摘  要:应用细胞外微电极技术记录猫黑质神经元的自发放电活动,观察其对强电脉冲刺激对侧内脏大神经的反应。发现:反应有兴奋(放电数增加)、抑制(放电数减少)和无反应(放电数无变化)三种类型。提示:黑质中存在感受内脏传入冲动的神经元;黑质可接受内脏伤害性传入冲动,可能是黑质参与内脏痛反应调节的神经生理学基础。The experiments were carried out in 24 adult cats anaesthetized with pentobarbital. With microelectrode and stereotaxic techniques, the single unit activity of neurons of the substantia nigra (SN) evoked by stimulating greater splanchnic afferent fibers (GSN) were recorded extracellularly. The results were as follows. Their spontaneous discharge rate ranged from 6 to 25 Hz (mean, 11.21±0.86Hz) in 69 SN neurons examined. In 35 neurons, by stimulating GSN, the mean latency and duration of exciting response were 42.40±5.59 ms and 87.32±9.05 ms. By stimulation of GSN 20 neurons were inhibited. The mean latency of the inhibition was 34.75±4.18 ms.8 in them showed a long-lasting inhibition and 12 a short duration of inhibition. The afteraction of the two kinds of inhibition were 431.76±34.78 ms and 70.44±11.97 ms respectively. In the rest, 14 neurons remained unaffected following stimulation of the GSN. These results suggest that some neurons in the SN respond to visceronociceptive stimulation and may be involved in visceronociceptive sensory modulation.
