消化性胃溃疡与幽门螺旋菌感染

摘　　要：本文选3组不同病理取材的消化性胃溃疡病例,经HE、碱性复红及W-S染色,回顾性检查幽门螺旋菌。检出率分别为:粘膜活检组65.0％;胃切除常规组84.6％;胃切除粘膜席卷组100％。其结果说明HP与消化性胃溃疡的发生有关。Three groups of different pathological samples from peptic gastric ulcer patients were detected for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) by HE Futhin and W-S stain. The results showed that positive rates were 65.0％ of mucosa biopsy group, 84.6％ of surgical resected specimens and 100％ of swiss-roll specimens of the whole mucosa in gastric ulcer cases, which indicated Hp infection related with gastric ulcer. It is advised to take more than three parts of mucosa for biopsy. Hp Infection could be diagncsed in a fairly well HE stain section.
