早期胃癌中幽门螺旋菌的检出与分布

摘　　要：作者对50例早期胃癌和1例十二指肠溃疡胃切除标本的粘膜幽门螺旋菌(HP)的分布与检出情况进行了详细回顾性观察,部分病例进行了改良W-S及复红染色。结果:50例早期胃癌中HP检出率为62.0％,但癌组织中HP阴性,该菌主要存在于癌周病变粘膜以胃粘膜慢性炎症,特别是活动性慢性胃炎为多,HP量及密度与炎症程度有关;异型增生粘膜HP少见;HP不仅存在于粘膜浅层,也可侵入深部腺管,但和非癌病例胃粘膜相比,早期胃癌病例的HP明显少于前者。作者认为,HP与慢性胃炎有关,而与胃癌的发生可能没有直接病因学联系。Helicobacter Pylori (HP) distribution was studied in 50 dathologic cases of early gastric cancer and one case of non cancerous stomach specimen with H E, W-S and Fuchsin stain. The result showed that 62.0％ of chronic gastritis especially the active chronic gastritis cases were infected with HP. H P was also found in inucosa of the stomach specimen bearing duodenal ulcer. HP situated on the surface of gastric mucosa and in gastric glands of chronic gastritis. Within the cancer lesions of the stomach. H P was not detected. This study indicate that there are relationships between the H P and chronic gastritis but the H P are probably playing no role in pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
