抗肿瘤免疫核糖核酸诱生细胞毒因子的研究

摘　　要：应用人肺癌细胞制备免疫核糖核酸(i-RNA)再用i-RNA致敏家兔诱生细胞毒因子,通过结晶紫染色法检测其细胞毒因子对L929细胞的杀伤作用。结果,用抗肿瘤细胞i-RNA能诱生杀伤作用较强的细胞毒因子。血清稀释1:800时,仍具有50％以上的杀伤作用。The authors prepared anti-tumor i-RNA which was induced by human lung cancer cell (LC cell). The i-RNA was used to stimulate the rabbits inducing the cytotoxic factor. The effect that cytotoxic facter kill L929 cell have been tested with method of crystal violet stain.The result showed that the cytotoxic factor had strong kill activity, when the serum was deluted to 1:800, it still have 50％ kill activity.
