摘  要:目的探讨次声作用对大鼠视网膜电图(ERG)参数的影响。方法48只大鼠按暴露时间随机分为8组,每组6只,暴露于8Hz、130dB的次声压力舱中,每日2h。分为暴露1、4、7、11、14、18、21d组及正常对照组。暴露前后分别行视网膜电图(ERG)、振荡电位(OPs)检测。结果暴露组ERG各指标不同程度受损,振幅下降,并表现出由外至内的趋势。次声作用后1d,以a波振幅下降为主,在4d组和7d组,b波的下降幅度超过a波,随暴露时间进一步延长,ΣOPs的振幅异常为主要变化。结论次声确可造成一定程度的视觉系统功能障碍,损害涉及多层次多部位,且有独特的发展规律。Objective To evaluate the possible adverse ef fects of infrasound on the electroretinogram (ERG).Methods Flash-elicited E RG was recorded in mature male rats before and after exposure to infrasound1, 4,7,11,14,18and21days.A-wave,b-wave and oscillatory potentials (OPs)of ERG were analyzed.Results A remarkable similarity in the pattern of c hange with increased infrasound was seen for the a and b wave,but in different magnitude.A-waveforms,b-waveforms andΣOPs were attenuated by59%,6 3%and74%respectively after1-day exposure.Then b-waveform amplitude was more affected after4-day and7-day exposure.However,ΣOPs appeared to be t he most affected one.Conclusion These findings suggest that infrasound leads to a visual function dysfunction.The changes may be in the outer layer of retina ,but longer period of infrasound exposure produces more severe damage to inner retina than outer retina.
