摘　　要：目的探讨非手术治疗在角膜结膜化学烧伤中的价值。方法回顾性分析26例(35眼)角膜结膜化学烧伤非手术治疗的情况。结果I度(11眼)、II度(12眼)烧伤全部治愈,角膜透明;III度烧伤(8眼)全部治愈,其中3眼留有角膜云翳、2眼留有角膜白斑;以上患者视力均得到提高。Ⅳ度(4眼)烧伤中仅1眼治愈且遗留血管性角膜白斑、睑球粘连。结论非手术治疗I、II、III度角膜结膜化学烧伤具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the effectiveness of non-o pe rative therapy for keratoconjunctival chemical burns.Methods In a retrospectiv e study,the outcome of non-operative therapy in26cases(35eyes)with kera toconjunctival chemical burns were analyzed.Results Corneas were transparent a fter treatment in11eyes withⅠdegree burns and12eyes withⅡdegree burns.Ei ght eyes withⅢdegree burns were also cured,3eyes of them remained corneal ne bulas and2eye corneal leucoma .One of4eyes withⅣdegree burns was cured with residual vascular leukoma and symblepharon.Conclusion Non-operative therapy i s effective for the treatment of keratoconjunctival chemical burns ofⅠ、ⅡorⅢ degree.
