胃粘膜上皮异型增生与幽门弯曲菌检出关系分析

摘　　要：用H.E、Gram、吖啶橙荧光染色及Warthin-Starry镀银技术,观察分析了50例胃粘膜上皮异型增生活检标本的胃幽门弯曲菌的检出情况。31例标本做了幽门弯曲菌的培养。结果表明:胃粘膜上皮异型增生之幽门弯曲菌检出率与对照组胃炎比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。再生型胃粘膜上皮异型增生之幽门弯曲菌检出率与隐窝型之检出率比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),再生型异型增生可能与胃炎有关。Fifty biopsy sample slides from patients with dysplasia of gastric mucosa and 50 control slides with gastritis were stained with H. E, Gram, Acridine- orange and Warthin-Starry for Campylobacter pyloridis. Thirty one of them were cultured for the organism. The relation of C. pyloridis to gastritis, dysplasia of gastric muccsa were analysed. The results show:(1) The characteristic morphology was more clearly identified with acridine-orange and Warthin-Starry than H. E or Gram.(2) There would be an association between the presence of Camgylobacter and gastritis. There were significant differences between the percentages of C.pyloridis in moderate, severe gastritis and mild one.(3) There was a higher percentage of C. pyloridis in regenerative dysplasia of gastric muccsa than that in cryptal dysplasia.
