摘　　要：目的　分析乳腺纤维腺瘤的典型和不典型X线征象 ,以提高对本病的认识。方法　将手术和病理证实的 81例乳腺纤维腺瘤的X线片进行回顾性分析。结果　等密度肿块 5 4例 ,高密度肿块 11例 ,周围有“包膜感征”44例 ,分叶状肿块 13例 ,界限不清19例 ,钙化 6例。术前明确诊断 65例 ,误诊为乳癌 4例 ,误诊为乳腺增生症 4例 ,提示其未见恶性征象 8例。结论　恶性乳腺纤维瘤的典型与非典型X线征象很重要 。Objective To study the imaging characteristics of breast fibroadenoma on mammograms.Methods Mammograms of 81 cases with breast fibroadenoma confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results Fifty-four cases had isodense masses;11 cases with highdense masses;13 cases with phyllodes masses.“Membranoid sign” can be seen in 44 cases,19 cases with indistinct margin,6 cases with benign calcifications. Accurate preoperative diagnoses were made in 65 cases. Eight cases were misdiagnosed as breast carcinoma or adenosis respectively.The diagnosis of “no malignant lesions” was made in 8 cases.Conclusion The recognition of typical and atypical X-ray findings of breast fibroaderoma is very important,mammography is a good methods in detecting and differentiating breast diseases.
