摘　　要：作者依据医德评价的实践经验,对医德评价在医德建设中的意义,评价标准的制定,评价结果的作用等问题作了探讨。认为医德评价是医院医德建设的重要组成部分,而且只有科学制定医德评价标准,正确对待评价结果,切实加强领导,才能真正发挥医德评价的作用。The authors discussed the meaning of medico-moral evaluation, thc judgement of the evaluation standards and functions of evaluation result according to their practical experiences, thought that the medico-moral evaluation is an important part of medico-moral construction.
