异麦角酰胺转化成麦角酰胺的条件研究

摘　　要：运用正交设计法研究异麦角酰胺转化成麦角酰胺的条件。用 HPLC 法测定这两种麦角碱的含量。实验表明,转化率与反应温度、碱液浓度以及反应时间有关。碱的强弱对转化也有一定影响。并确定了最佳转化条件。Studies on the conditions of conversion of isolysergamide into lyser-gamide by orthogonal design were reported.The contents of lysergamide and iso-lysergamide were determined by HPLC.The experiments showed that the conver-sion ratio was concerned with reaction temperature,concentration of alkali andreaction time.The kind of alkali had also some influence.The optimal con-ditions of conversion were determined.
