补气扶正方对小鼠免疫功能调节的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了以四君子汤加黄芪为主的补气扶正方对小鼠免疫功能调节的影响,证明本方可以促进正常小鼠脾T细胞IL-2生成和^(60)Co辐射损伤的小鼠脾T细胞的增殖,而对两者的脾B细胞无增殖作用。本方无丝裂原作用。The effect of Bu Qi Fu Zheng formula which includes Si Jun Zi Tang plus Huang (Astragalus root), etc. on immune function in mice had been studied in this article. These res have proved that this formula may promote the production of IL-2 of T cells of spleen in nor mice and the proliferation of T cells of spleen in mice injured by 6~Co radiation. While there i, proliferative action on both B cells of spleen, and also no mitogen action.
