摘　　要：目的　研制抗乙肝病毒等新药槐芪菌质 。方法　采用双向性发酵工程。结果　槐耳菌和黄芪构成发酵组合所产槐芪菌质 所提成分有促进机体免疫功能、抗病毒与保肝功效。结论　药性菌质的优良作用显示双向性发酵工程可能成为中药新药研制的新途径 ,各种菌质将成为中药的新领域。OBJECTIVE To prepare new anti-hepatitis B virus medcine “Huaiqi fungal substance ?”. METHODS Bi-directional fementation engineering was applied. RESULTS Huaiqi fungal substance ? was obtained from the fermentative composition of Huaier fungal and Huangqi. The extract of Huaiqi fungal substance ? showed effects of immunity promotion, anti-virus and liver protection. CONCLUSION The pharmacological actions of the property of medicinal fungal substance suggested that the bi-directional fementation engineering may possiblly provide a new way to prepare new traditional Chinese medicines. Various fungal substances may probablly become new fields of Chinese medicines development.
