摘 要:介绍了准分子激光器在眼科屈光手术中的应用及治疗原理,分析了激光腔体大小、激光工作频率高低、环境温度变化以及人为因素等对准分子激光器能量稳定性和手术效果的影响,阐述了无能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪的系统组成和工作原理。根据自动控制原理,提出了提高准分子激光器能量稳定的设计方案,详细叙述了有能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪的控制原理。试验和应用都表明,有能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪在2小时的工作时间内,激光输出能量能稳定在5%以内,结果令人满意。This paper introduces the principle of Excimer laser in cornea ablation surgery application. Analyzes how laser cavity, laser frequency, environment temperature and operation process etc. can affect laser energy stability which directly affects the surgery quality. Describes the system and principle of Excimer laser cornea ablation instrument without energy stability control unit. According to automatic control principle, designed a laser energy stability control unit to real timely control the laser output energy during the cornea ablation surgery. Test results shows that laser energy variation is within 5 % during 2 hours operation time with laser energy stability control unit while laser energy variation can be more than 50 % during 2 hours operation time without laser energy stability control unit. Surgery cases also show the satisfactory cornea ablation results with laser energy stability unit.
