土燥水竭证动物模型研制

摘　　要：研制中医土燥水竭证动物模型。选用家兔 1 60只随机分为空白对照组、病理模型组及模型验证组 ,以次碳酸铋、速尿作为基础用药 ,以大承气汤作模型验证药物 ,采用大肠杆菌内毒素作为攻毒材料 ,分别以大、中、小剂量及 1次攻毒和 2次攻毒方法 ,观察动物体温、腹围、舌象、二便、呼吸、饮食、神志、眼结膜、耳廓、白细胞计数、一氧化氮含量及动物重要脏器病理形态学变化等。结果显示 ,采用中等剂量大肠杆菌内毒素 1次攻毒以及次碳酸铋、速尿联合造模的方法 ,所研制的土燥水竭证动物模型 ,在证候表现和病理改变方面与传统中医理论及临床实际具有较强的相关性 ,其发病过程及主要症状和体征也基本符合临床特点。Trying to make animal model of earth dryness and liquid exhaustion syndrome.160 rabbits were divided into contrast group,pathological model group and model verification group.Using bismuth subcarbonate?urex as basic medicine,DaChengQi Decoction as model verification medicine and bacillus coli esotoxin as conteracting toxic substance.Give the animals large,middle,low dosage of conteracting toxic substance once and twice respectively.Then observe their temperature,abdominal girth,tongue,urine and stool,breath,diet,mind,conjunctiva,ala auris,WBC,NO content and pathomorphism changes of important organs etc.The result shows that the model made by using middle dosage bacillus coli esotoxin conteracting toxic once together with bismuth subcarbonate and urex has more relative correlation between traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical usage in symptoms and pathological change.And its course of disease,main symptoms and signs are accorded with clinical characteristics.
