摘　　要：目的　探讨自体腓骨上段移植在腕关节成形中的临床疗效。方法　 9例桡骨远端骨肿瘤采用对侧腓骨上段游离移植再造腕关节 ,通过缝合软组织以增强再造腕关节的稳定性。结果　 9例应用腓骨上段再造腕关节 ,经平均 1年 2个月的随访 ,腕关节功能良好 ,腓骨与桡骨骨性愈合。结论　游离腓骨上段移植再造腕关节 ,手术难度小、操作简单 ,不需要一定的显微外科技术即能完成 ,临床效果满意。Objective:To study the effect of the autologus pr oximal fibula in the reconstitution of wrist joint. Methods:9 ca ses bone tumor of the disal radius were applied the loose proximal fibula to rec onstituse wrist joint that passed sew up soft tissue then strengthened.R esults:9 cases were followed-up for an average 14 months(range10～24 m onths).The fibula and the radius of all patients were completly healed. The re constituting wrist joint function is good.Conclusions:The transp lantation of autologus proximal fibula reconstituting the wrist joint. It is ea sy simple skill and needn't the microsurgery.the clinical results is satisfactor y.
