单纯阴茎头切除治疗早期阴茎癌远期疗效

摘　　要：目的　探讨单纯切除阴茎头治疗早期阴茎癌的远期疗效。方法　 1987年 1月～ 1993年 5月 ,对 8例早期阴茎癌 ,采用单纯切除阴茎头部和包皮 ,不切除阴茎海绵体 ,重建尿道外口 ,2 0 %争光霉素溶液浸泡阴茎头 2 0～ 30min ,保留完整的阴茎海绵体。结果　该组 8例 ,按Jacakson法分期 ,均为第一期 ,病理诊断均为阴茎鳞状细胞癌Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。术后切口Ⅰ期愈合 ,排尿正常 ,能站立排尿。随访 7～ 15年无肿瘤复发 ,夫妻性生活正常 ,阴茎头快感差 ,但射精有快感 ,尿道外口无狭窄。结论　该方法只适用于外生性早期Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的阴茎癌。腹股沟岗哨淋巴结活检是必需的。Objective: To study long-term results of modify p artial penectomy for early penis carcinoma. Methods: From Januar y 1987 to May 1993.8 cases early penis carcinoma were removed via the resection of corona penis and orificium urethrae extemum. There were reconstructed orificu m urethrae extenum. Cavernous bodies were retained.Results: 8 ca ses with penis carcinoma was Ⅰ stage by Jacakson's pathology divide stage. All patients have been followed up for 7～15 years period. There was no carcinoma r ecurrence Conclusions: The technique is useful for Ⅰ to Ⅱ sta ge penis carcinoma when local glans penis,simple,safe and effective.
