摘　　要：本文介绍了远程网络教育的师资队伍建设中一些学科专业教师的培养方法、网络管理人员的培养方法、组合式远程网络教育师资小组的培养方法、分散式程网络教育师资小组的培养方法以及远程网络教育师资的基本素质。This text has introduced: State and characteristic that the long-range network education of our country at present; The construction of teachers' team of long-distance education, the cultivation method of the professional teacher of middle school; The cultivation method of the administrative staff of network; The cultivation method of the sectional long - range network education of teacher's group; The cultivation method of educating teachers' group of long-range network of teacher's group of dispersing type; and the teacher's basic quality of long range network education.
