摘  要:介绍了电池内阻及两种电池模型,阐述了交流电桥法测量电池内阻的原理。经过对多种圆柱型密封镉镍蓄电池组用不同的充、放电制度进行电池内阻特性研究实验,表明了镉镍蓄电池在充、放电过程中内阻值波动较大,随充、放电程度的加深内阻增大;在充、放电后期电池内阻上升速率加快;当充电态内阻变化△R比放电态的大时,电池性能更优良;电池内阻过大,充放电过程中△R偏高,充电效率极低,则电池性能差、寿命短。Internal resistance of the battery and two battery models were introduced. A method to measure battery internal resistance by AC-bridge was expounded. Based on the experiments of internal resistance property for many kinds of Ni -Cd column airproof batteries in various charging and discharging systems, many important conclusions were summarized , including that the internal resistance has a wide fluctuation range in a charging or discharging process , the value increases with the enhancing of charge or discharge , the ascend rate of resistance value quickens in the later stage of charging or discharging process , and the battery performance is more excellent if the fluctuation of the internal resistance△R in charging process is bigger than that in discharging process , and in charging and discharging process , if there exist too big internal resistance, very high △R and very low charging efficiency, then its performance is bad and life-span is short.
