摘　　要：本文介绍用针拨套出术治疗成人晶体脱位12例12只眼,其中包括脱位于玻璃体腔内的硬性白内障及晶体皮质溶解的病例。结果均满意。认为该手术是治疗成人晶体脱位诸多方法中比较理想的方法之一。Clinical data of 12 adult cases of dislocation of lens treated with couching-netting operating were analysed, including cases of traumatic cataracts with complications of glaucoma and cataract couching surgical complication of phacolysis. The result was rather satisfactory. Eyesight was corrected, most of the corrective vision was over 0.5 level, intraocular pressure was controlled and no serious complication was found. According to the author s exprience, couching-netting was recommended as a simple and effective method for treating dislocation of adult lens.
