摘　　要：本文报道用混合切片的免疫组化法直接筛选抗人结肠癌细胞的McAb。结果表明,本法在一个切片上可同时观察到肿瘤及正常两类性质不同组织的抗原与McAb的反应性。单次即可筛选出只与肿瘤反应而不与正常组织反应的McAb。这对尽早决定被检杂交瘤细胞的取舍颇为重要。而且此结果的阴、阳性明确,易于判定和准确可靠,既省力、省物、省时。本法不仅可以用于肿瘤McAb的筛选,而且在一般的免疫组化实验中也有实际应用的参考价值。Direct screeing of monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) against cells of human colon carcinoma by mixed tissue sections and immunohistochemical methods is reported.The results indicated that the different McAb reactivities against the tumor and normal colon tissues could be observed simultaneously and comparably on the same section.Thus tissue-specific McAbs which reacted only with tumors but not normal tissues can be identified.Benefit is evident that decision of preserving or discarding a given hybridoma cell can be made at the earliest moment.Results gained either negative or positive were unequivocal,easily judgeable,precise and reliable.This method is not only useful for the screening of tumor McAbs,but also for routine testing in immunohistochemistry.
