摘　　要：本文19例视网膜母细胞瘤均是单眼,并经病理证实。术后放疗无病生存3年后可视为治愈。病变侵犯组织越广预后越差。术后放疗是有效的。结合病例进行了遗传分析。Ninteen eases of unilateral ocular retinoblastoma which were pathologically comfirmed are report- ed. In general,patients who survive without recurrence more than three years after postoperative radio- therapy can be considered cure. Postoperative radiotherapy is effective for this disease. The authors also made discussions on genetic associations in these cases.
