放射免疫显像用于结—直肠癌及胰腺癌早诊及微小转移灶的探查

摘　　要：利用I标记的抗癌胚抗原单克隆抗体对7例怀疑有消化系统肿瘤.但CT、B超、钡灌肠检查均为阴性的病人进行了放射免疫显像研究,单光子发射断层采集影像.并利用Tc标记的亚甲基二磷酸盐显像骨骼及膀胱作为背景显像7例病人中有6例的显像结果经手术或活检组织学证实。阳性准确率为6/7。研究结果显示放射免疫显像可以作为一个准确,灵敏,简单而无创伤的检查手段。A clinical study of 7 patients with suspected cancers of digestive system but negative findings in examinations of CT scanning, B ultrasound,barium enema etc were performed with indium- 111 labeled anti-carcino-embryonic-antigen monoclonal antibody. The scannings were acquired on single-photon emission computed tomography with a background through scannings of bone and bladder by technetium-99m labeled methylenediphonicum. All the scannings results except one were confirmed by histologic diagnosis at surgery and biopsy immediately following scanning. True positive findings were observed in 6/7 of cases. Our study indicates that radioimmunoimage may provide an accurate,sensitive,simple and non-invasive method.
