摘　　要：把研究当前国有企业改革的视点,放在了国有企业产权制度创新上,以期通过对现代企业制度形成的考察、相应的理论观点的分析以及国有企业产权改革实践的分析,指出合理的产权制度安排对于我国市场经济体制的建立起着非常重要的作用,并在此基础上提出国有企业应进行合理的产权制度安排的一些见解。In this paper, the focus of state-owned enterprises reform is put on the creation of state-owned enterprises property right system. Meanwhile, the history, theory and the practical situation of state-owned enterprises property right system are analyzed in this paper. In conclusion,appropriate property right system plays a very important role in our country's market econ-omy system, and some suggestions are also put forword about it.
