摘  要:本文以45例行R2根治性全胃切除术的病人为临床创伤模型,前瞻地研究不同配方氨基酸液代谢支持对氮平衡、血浆蛋白质的含量的影响。结果发现,根据创伤后病人血清各个氨基酸的变化,调整其含量,组成匹配较为合理的个体化氨基酸混合液为代谢支持的氮源可以升高血清中纤维连接蛋白的含量,减少手术创伤后体重丢失,显著地改善了氮平衡。较临床常用的8.5%氨复命14S和10%氨复命18F溶液为优,值得推广应用。The effects of metabolic support whith different amino-acid solutions on nitrogen balance and serum protein levels in 45 patients with gastric cancer affer total gastrectomy were studied prospectively. The results showed that the benifits to the patients receiving individual amino acids infusion (IDAA) were quite obvious. The content of amino acids in IDAA is calculated individully according to the 4th postoperative day serum level and different in each patient. The metabolic support with IDAA could improve nitrogen efficency, reduce the body weight loss and increase serum fibronectin level. IDAA is better than the 8. 5%Anfuming 14S and 10% Aufuming 18F for the trauma patients and it is worthy to further clinical trial. (Original article on page 131)
