摘　　要：本文介绍了作者在组织和指导学生参加全国大学生电子设计竞赛工作中的一些认识和体会 ,强调了加强培训工作研究的重要性 。This paper introduces author' understanding and feeling obtained by organizing and guiding students to attend the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contests in the past, emphasizes the importance of strengthening training research, summarizes the chief problem that should be noticed in the training.
