摘　　要：目的 :探讨准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术 (LASEK)治疗准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)术后屈光欠矫的疗效。方法 :对LASIK术后屈光欠矫的 11例 (2 0只眼 )施行LASEK。结果 :术后 6个月视力和屈光度趋于稳定 ,术后 3个月角膜Haze 0级者 15只眼 ,0 5级者 4只眼 ,1级者 1只眼。术后 6个月 ,裸眼视力≥ 0 6、≥ 1 0者分别为 2 0只眼 (10 0 % )、14只眼 (70 % )。屈光度≤± 1 0 0D者为 19只眼 (95 % )。结论 :LASEK治疗LASIK术后屈光欠矫安全 ,有效。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) treating for the undercorrection after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).Methods:After treated with laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK),the myopia in 11 patients(20 eyes) was undercorrected.The residual myopia was -2.25D～-4.50D(average -3.21D±-1.05D) and astigmatism -0.50D～ -1.75D(average -0.98D±-0.50D).The thickness of central cornea was 4.05μm±1.05μm.All the patients were treated with laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) using ArF(wave length 193nm).Results:The vision and refractive status were stable at 6 months postoperatively.At postoperative 3 months,corneal haze was at 0 grade in 15 eyes,0.5 grade in 4 eyes and 1 grade in 1 eye.At 6 postoperative months,19 eyes(95%) were within ±1.00 diopter.The uncorrected vision was over 0.6 in 20 eyes (100%),and over 1.0 in 14 eyes(70%).Conclusion:The undercorrected myopia after LASIK can be treated with LASEK.It is an effective and safe procedure.
