摘 要:目的 评价物理型人工肝支持方法———血液灌流吸附对重型肝炎肝功能的支持效果、安全性。方法 2 4例重型肝炎患者进行血液灌流吸附治疗 ,观察治疗前后患者临床症状体征变化 ,比较治疗前后肝肾功能、血常规、PT变化。结果 血液灌流吸附治疗后 ,患者的临床症状均有不同程度改善 ,总有效率为 4 5 .8% ,最终存活率仅为 8.3%。治疗后转氨酶、总胆红素下降明显 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,不良反应较轻。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of physical artificial liver hemoperfusion adsorption in treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods Twenty four patients with severe hepatitis were treated with hemoperfusion adsorption. The results of liver function, renal function, blood routine test, prothrombin time (PT), prothrmonbin activity (PTa) before and after the treatment were analyzed. The symptoms and signs of all patients were observed closely. Results Symptoms of patients treated with hemoperfusion adsorption were improved, total effective rate reached 45.8%, but the survival rate was only 8.3%. Compared with those before the therapy, there was significant descent in aminotransferase, total bilirubin, direct bilurubin level after treatment ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). The side effects were very limited. Conclusion Physical artificial liver is effective in treatment of severe hepatitis.
