超级伽玛刀用于恶性肿瘤治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :验证超级伽玛刀治疗头、体部恶性肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用深圳海博公司生产的超级伽玛刀 ,立体定向适形照射头、体部各种恶性肿瘤患者 10 0例 (131个病灶 )。 1 8～ 2 5Gy/次 ,1次 /d ,5次 /周 ,计划靶区边缘 (70 %～ 90 %的等剂量线处 )总剂量 4 5～ 6 0Gy。结果 :131个病灶中 ,完全缓解 (CR) 4 6个 (35 11% ) ,部分缓解 (PR) 74个 (5 6 4 9% ) ,无变化 (NC) 7个 (5 34% ) ,进展 (PD) 4个(3 0 7% )。治疗的副作用轻微 ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ度反应 6 9例 (6 9 0 0 % ) ,Ⅲ度反应 1例 (1 0 0 % )。结论 :超级伽玛刀治疗恶性肿瘤适用范围广 ,安全。Objective To validate the security and effect of Super Gama Knife treating maliganant tumor of head and body.Methods From December 2001 to February 2002,100 patients (131 Lesions) were treated with stereotactic conformal radiotherapy of Super Gama Knife.The total radiation dose was 45-65 Gy,1 8-2 5 Gy/f (70%-90% isodose line),one fraction/d,five days/w.Results The complete response (CR) rate,partial response (PR) rate,no change (NC) rate and progression disease(PD) rate were 35 11%,56 49%,5 34% and 3 07%,respectively.The side effects was slight involving 69 cases (69 00%) of grade 1 and grade 2 reaction and 1 case (1 00%) of grade 3 reaction.Conclusion Super Gama Knife is a safe and effective treatment modality for various of malignances.
