双黄清口胶囊对口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察双黄清口胶囊对口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法　 (1)选用SD大鼠 ,分为双黄清口胶囊高、中、低剂量 (5 40、2 70、1 3 5g生药 kg)组 ,阳性对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃给药 14d ,进行主要药效学实验。 (2 )选用KM小鼠 ,分为双黄清口胶囊高、中、低剂量 (7 2 0、3 60、1 80g生药 kg)组及阳性对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃给药 7d ,进行抗炎、镇痛实验。结果　 (1)双黄清口胶囊各剂量组均能不同程度减小溃疡面直径 ,与空白对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。 (2 )双黄清口胶囊可显著降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性水肿 ,明显降低肿胀率(P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。 (3 )双黄清口胶囊可明显降低小鼠因热刺激引起的疼痛反应 ,提高痛阈值 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。结论　双黄清口胶囊能促进口腔黏膜溃疡的恢复 。Objective\ To observe the therapeutic eff ects of Shuang\|Huang\|Qing\|Kou capsule for mouth mucous ulcer.Methods\ (1)SD rat weighted 150～180g were divided into:the high\|,the midlle\|,the low\|dosage(5 40,2 70,1 35g crude/kg),the positive drug contro l and the negative control group.The drugs were administered(i.g)daily for 14 da ys,the mainly drug effect of Shuang\|Huang\|Qing\|Kou capsule was examined.(2)KM mice weighted 18～20g were divided into:the high\|,the midlle\|,the low\|dosage (7 20,3 60,1 80g crude/kg),the positive drug control and the negative contro l group.The drugs were administered(i.g)daily for 7 days,the effect of Shuang\|H uang\|Qing\|Kou capsule was examined by anti\|inflammation test and heated\|plat e test.Results\ (1)Shuang\|Huang\|Qing\|Kou capsule can reduced the diameter of ulcer area,which showed a significant difference( P <0 01, P <0 05)in every dosage group compared with negative control group.(2)Shuang\|Hu ang\|Qing\|Kou capsule can reduced the inflammatory edema inducing by xylene on the ear of mice,and depressed swell rate( P <0 01, P <0 05)significantl y.(3) Shuang\|Huang\|Qing\|Kou capsule can reduced pain response which causing by hea t irritation,and raise pain region rate( P <0 01, P <0 05)significantly .Conclusion\ Shuang\|Huang\|Qing\|Kou capsule can promoted recoverin g the mouth mucous ulcer,also have a better anti\|inflammation effect and reliev e a pain effect.
