摘  要:目的 观察砷、氟、黄绿青霉素和 T-2毒素对 SGC-790 1细胞基因组 DNA的损伤作用及特点。方法 染毒剂量 10μmol/ L ,染毒后 4h应用单细胞凝胶电泳技术结合“彗星图像分析系统”检测 DNA损伤。结果 Na As O2 组尾长明显大于对照组 ;Na F组拖尾率显著高于对照组 ;CIT组总拖尾率、尾长和尾动量均高于对照组 ;而 T-2毒素组各指标均高于对照组。结论  Na As O2 、Na F、CIT和 T-2毒素均可引起 DNA损伤 ,但各有特点 ,说明它们引起Objective To study the features of DNA damage induced by arsenic, fluoride, citreoviridin (CIT) and T-2 toxin in cultured SG C-7901 cells.Methods Single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE) and Komet Image Analysis System (KIAS) were used to measure the DNA damage of the cells t reated for 4 hours with 10 μmol/L sodium arsenite, sodium fluoride, CIT or T- 2 toxin,respectively.Results The tail lengths of damaged DNA were significan tly greater in the sodium arsenite group than those in the control group; the ta iled cell percentage in the sodium fluoride group was significantly higher than that in the control group; CIT significantly increased the tailed cell percentag e, tail length and tail moment; whereas in the T-2 toxin group, the tailed cell percentage, tail DNA, tail length and tail moment were all increased. Conclusions Sodium arsenite, sodium fluoride, CIT and T -2 toxin are all DNA damage inducers, but the DNA damages induced by them show different features, so their mechanisms of inducing DNA damage may be different.
