摘 要:目的 了解不同剂量碘摄入对甲状腺肿复原的影响。方法 将 Wistar大鼠复制成低碘性甲状腺肿模型后 ,随机分为适、中、高不同剂量的补碘组及碘油组进行补碘干预实验 ,在开始后的 1,2 ,4,8,12 ,2 4周时分别测量甲状腺湿重、血清激素及甲状腺抗氧化能力。结果 各补碘组在 1周后甲状腺重量较低碘组 (L I)均有明显降低 ,血清 TT4明显增高 ,但不同补碘组之间无明显差异 ;血清 TT3 与 L I组无明显差别。各补碘组甲状腺抗氧化能力均较稳定 ,始终维持在补碘 1周时的水平 ;而 L I组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px)活性在 2 4周时明显降低 ,丙二醛 (MDA)含量显著升高。结论 补充不同剂量的碘对甲状腺肿的复原、甲状腺激素水平的改善以及抗氧化能力的提高都有显著的效力。Objective To observe the effect of iodine int ake on the recovery of rat goiter by taking different level of potassium iodate.Methods Wistar rats with goiter caused by iodine defici ency were randomly divided into 4 groups with different level of iodine intake: normal iodine(NI), medium iodine (MI), higher iodine(HI) and iodized oil(IO) gro ups. The low iodine group (LI) was as a control. Thyroid weight, serum hormones and antioxidative capacity were measured at the time of 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 w eeks after iodine intervention.Results The thyroid weight reduced and serum TT 4 was increased remarkably in 4 iodine intake groups one week later compared with the LI group, but among the 4 groups there was no difference. The serum TT 3 levels , however, in the 4 groups were not different from the LI group. The capacity of antioxidation in 4 iodine intake groups showed quite stable with the same level as to the 1st week. While the activity of GSH-Px in LI group was decreased and MDA content increased obviously at 24th weeks.Conclusions There is effective influence of iodine int ake on the recovery of goiter, improvement of thyroid hormone and increase of an tioxidation in our study, and no significantly negative effect is found on thy roid tissue by high does iodine intake.
