摘 要:目的 :了解大学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 :采取分层整群抽样的方法抽取大学生 82 6名 ,用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )和自制调查问卷进行调查分析。结果 :8.4 7%的大学生有中度以上的心理问题 ,大学生中出现心理问题较多的是强迫症、人际敏感、抑郁与敌对 ;在各因子得分均值上男生敌对高于女生 ,临床英语班在躯体化和抑郁高于其它专业 ,二年级各项普遍高于其它年级 ,且差异有显著性。不同生源地与独生子女与非独生子女之间差异无统计学意义 ;心理健康意识水平低的大学生心理健康问题相对较多。结论 :心理健康教育重点应放在心理问题较多的低年级组 ,要关注大学生中的特殊群体 ,同时加强心理健康意识教育。Objective:To study the mental health condition of medical college students and influencing factors of mental health. Methods:826 college students were collected by stratification sampling. They were tested by SCL 90 and self made questionnaires. Results:8.47% of students had above middling problem in mental health. The main kinds of mental health of medical college students are compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility. Male had higher scores in hostility than female. Medical English classs had higher scores in somatization and depression than other one. And students of grade two also had higher scores than other one. The difference was significant. They were no significant difference between the students from rural area and city. The difference between students of one child family and those who are not is not obvious. Students who are less aware of mental health have more mental health. Conclusion: The less grade students are stressed in education of mental health. Education of mental health should be strengthen in improving the awareness of mental health.
